| Fine needle aspiration cytology (FNA) | A breast fine needle aspiration (FNA) is a quick and simple procedure to perform, which removes some fluid or cells from a breast lesion or cyst (a lump, sore or swelling) with a fine needle similar to a blood sample needle. An FNA is performed to help determine the nature or diagnosis of the lesion and to plan treatment if necessary. | |
| Core needle biopsy/ Vacuum assisted biopsy | Core needle biopsy is a safe and minimally invasive procedure in which a sample of breast tissue is removed for examination. When breast imaging shows up very small abnormalities too small to be felt (i.e. anything unusual in the structure of the breast), Core needle biopsy is used to obtain samples of the breast tissue. We don’t have sterotactic biopsy system. | |
| Bone mineral density (BMD) | A bone mineral density (BMD) test measures how much calcium and other types of minerals are in an area of your bone.
This test helps your health care provider detect osteoporosis and predict your risk of bone fractures. |

| Blood test | We conventional screening blood test. It includes blood counts, liver function, renal function, blood sugar, tumor markers, and more. | |
| Hormone therapy for breast cancer | Hormone therapy is a form of systemic therapy, meaning it reaches cancer cells anywhere in the body and not just in the breast. It is recommended for women with hormone receptor-positive (ER-positive and/or PR-positive) breast cancers, but it does not help women whose tumors are hormone receptor-negative (both ER- and PR-negative). |
